SEGG Media has approved a new strategy for Lottery.com. The Lottery.com affiliate platform will connect licensed lottery operators across regulated markets rolling out in North and Latin America before expanding globally.

SEGG Media will transition Lottery.com to an affiliate-only model. The company said the platform will become its global hub for licensed lottery operators. The first affiliate partners are expected to be announced soon.

The rollout will begin in North and Latin America, in line with SEGG Media’s regional expansion plans. The company said the model allows faster entry into regulated markets with lower investment. It also keeps the option to operate directly in selected markets in the future.

SEGG Media cited research showing the global lottery market is expected to grow from USD 374.0 billion in 2025 to USD 396.1 billion in 2026. The online lottery market is forecast to reach USD 13.22 billion this year. The Lottery.com affiliate platform is aimed at benefiting from this growth.

SEGG Media said also the global affiliate marketing industry is expected to grow from USD 19.6 billion in 2025 to USD 24.7 billion in 2026. Within that market, iGaming affiliate programmes generate an estimated USD 4.3 billion annually across more than 5,400 active programmes worldwide. The company sees this as another growth opportunity for the Lottery.com affiliate platform.

SEGG Media outlined that lottery affiliate programmes can generate higher acquisition values than traditional lottery sales channels. The company also cited industry data showing that 12% to 25% of first-time lottery players later place a casino or sportsbook bet. This cross-selling potential is one reason behind the new strategy.

Chairman of SEGG Media, Marc Bircham, said: “By establishing Lottery.com as our global master affiliate platform, the brand becomes accessible across all regulated markets.” The company said it is now inviting licensed lottery operators to join the network.

SEGG Media was founded as Trident Acquisitions Corp. in 2016 and became Lottery.com Inc. after acquiring AutoLotto in 2021. The company rebranded to SEGG Media in 2025 as it expanded into sports, entertainment and gaming, while Lottery.com remained its gaming brand. Today SEGG Media is the parent company of Lottery.com, Nasdaq-listed and operates a portfolio of digital brands that also includes Sports.com, Concerts.com, TicketStub.com and Veloce Media Group.

The IBIA integrity report recorded 76 suspicious betting alerts during the second quarter of 2026 across nine different sports. Football remained the sport with the highest number of alerts, while esports ranked second. The report also highlights developments in Canada’s regulated betting market and integrity education initiatives.

The International Betting Integrity Association (IBIA) reported 76 suspicious betting alerts to the relevant authorities during Q2 2026. Football accounted for 25 alerts, followed by esports with 16, basketball with 10 and tennis with nine. The IBIA integrity report notes that the total may change if ongoing investigations identify additional cases.

Europe recorded the highest regional share of alerts with 33%, followed by South America with 22% and North America with 21%. Africa accounted for 15% of alerts, while Asia represented 4%. One group of 16 esports alerts was classified as global because the events could not be linked to a single jurisdiction.

Football alerts were spread across Africa, Europe, Oceania and South America. Kosovo recorded five football alerts, while Cameroon reported three and Brazil, Colombia and Paraguay each registered multiple cases. In basketball, nine of the 10 alerts originated in South America, mainly in Paraguay and Colombia.

The report also focuses on Canada’s regulated online betting market. According to presented data, Ontario’s online sports betting channelisation increased from 5% of gross gambling revenue in 2022 to 85% in 2023 and has remained above 90% since then. IBIA says the figures show how competitive regulation can move betting activity into regulated and monitored markets.

IBIA also highlighted its athlete education programme in Canada. Backed by a CAD 300,000 (ca. EUR 187,000) commitment from IBIA and members bet365, Betway and FanDuel, the initiative has already reached nearly 200 Canadian Premier League players and staff before expanding to the Canadian Football League in partnership with Genius Sports. The programme is based on IBIA’s three principles: “Rules, Responsibility and Reporting.”

Argentina’s regulated online gaming market is highly competitive and driven by local operators. The new Argentina iGaming report from GR8_TECH explores where operators can still find opportunities despite strong competition. The report examines visibility, SEO, affiliates, mobile, sports betting, casino content, slot suppliers, and player acquisition across the market.

Argentina’s online gambling market continues to grow as more licensed operators compete for players. A new visibility ranking compares operators using website traffic, organic search performance and Google Trends data. The latest results place Betsson at the top of the market for March/April 2026.

Betsson achieved the highest visibility index with a score of 100, ahead of Betano on 83 and Bet365 on 55. The three brands were clearly ahead of the rest of the market. Together, they accounted for 74% of the overall visibility measured in the study.

The visibility index combines three indicators: estimated organic search traffic, total website visits and Google Trends data. Each operator was scored on a scale from 0 to 100 for every KPI. The final ranking is based on the combined performance across all three metrics.

The report notes that online visibility should not be seen as a direct measure of operator revenue. Player mix, including the share of VIP customers, and bonus strategies can have a major impact on financial performance. Visibility instead reflects the strength of a brand’s online presence.
