Flutter has confirmed its Flutter CEO transition, with Dan Taylor set to become Group Chief Executive Officer on October 1, 2026. He succeeds Peter Jackson, who will remain as an advisor until the end of the year to support the handover.
- Dan Taylor currently leads Flutter International, which generated more than USD 9 billion (ca. EUR 7.8 billion) in revenue and over USD 2.2 billion (ca. EUR 1.9 billion) in Adjusted EBITDA in 2025. He also became Flutter President in May 2026, taking responsibility for commercial delivery across the group’s global business. The Flutter CEO transition follows more than 10 years in senior leadership positions at the company.
- Taylor has overseen international expansion through acquisitions, business integration and organic growth in regulated markets. He also helped shape FanDuel’s recent sportsbook improvement plan. Chair John Bryant said Taylor’s experience made him the right choice to lead Flutter into its next phase.
- Peter Jackson steps down after almost nine years as CEO, during which Flutter expanded into one of the world’s largest online betting and iGaming operators through acquisitions and global growth. “I leave with great confidence in Dan, the leadership team and the Company’s future,” Jackson said.
