Robinhood published its April 2026 operating figures with growth in customer assets and trading volumes – see more details:

  • Funded customers reached 27.6 million at the end of April 2026. This was up by around 110,000 from March and 7% higher year-on-year. Robinhood April data also showed net deposits of USD 6bn during the month.
  • Total platform assets increased to USD 345.4bn (ca. EUR 295bn) in April 2026. The figure was up 12% from March and 49% higher than the same month last year. Margin balances also rose 114% year-on-year to USD 18bn (ca. EUR 15.4bn).
  • Equity trading volumes reached USD 248.5bn (ca. EUR 212bn) during April 2026. Robinhood said this was 57% above the level reported a year earlier. Average daily equity trading volumes came to USD 11.8bn (ca. EUR 10.1bn). 
  • Options trading activity continued to grow during the month. Customers traded 224.8 million options contracts, up 34% year-on-year. Average daily options volumes increased to 10.7 million contracts.
  • Crypto trading volumes totalled USD 11.9bn (ca. EUR 10.2 bn) in April 2026. This was lower than March levels but still 38% above April 2025.
