ZEAL Network delivered record H1 2026 results. ZEAL H1 revenue climbed on the back of stronger lottery activity, more customers and continued growth in its games business. The company also reported higher EBITDA and net profit.
- ZEAL H1 revenue rose 20% year-on-year to EUR 121.8 million. Lottery revenue increased to EUR 110.6 million, while games revenue reached EUR 7.8 million. The company said higher billings and a favourable jackpot environment supported the result.
- EBITDA grew 10% to EUR 38.9 million, while net profit increased 12% to EUR 21.8 million. Operating costs also moved higher as ZEAL invested more in marketing and expanded its workforce.
- Lottery billings rose 13% to EUR 595.9 million. Monthly active lottery customers increased to 1.65 million and the company acquired 659,000 new customers during the first half. ZEAL H1 revenue also benefited from higher spending per customer.
- The games business continued to expand, with monthly active users up 34% to 35,000. ZEAL also increased its games portfolio to around 790 titles during the period.
- ZEAL confirmed its full-year guidance of EUR 250-260 million in revenue and EUR 70-75 million in EBITDA. The outlook includes costs related to the planned SevenCanyon acquisition.
